Maharaji travels the world speaking about inner peace and fulfillment but at the same time provides a practical way to connect with the peace within. He calls this way of going within Knowledge and has carefully over the years set up a self paced learning system called "The Keys" that culminates in leaning the very simple techniques of going within.

His humanitarian efforts include the "Prem Rawat Foundation" that provides relief to disaster victims and the underprivileged thoughout the world.
